At ORA, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. In an event of a damaged product a priority of a replacement product is sent as means of refund, however the decision can still be changed to monetary refund if applicable.

We only accept replacement requests if:

  • The product packaging is opened or tampered with upon delivery.
