We want you to feel confident trying ORA — that’s why we offer a 14-Day Results Guarantee.
If you use ORA exactly as directed for 14 consecutive days and do not notice visible improvement, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 14-Day Results Guarantee, all conditions must be met:
1. Proper Usage
- ORA must be used once daily for 14 consecutive days
- Usage must strictly follow the instructions provided on the packaging and website
- Skipped days or inconsistent use may void eligibility
2. Photo Documentation (Required)
To ensure fairness and accuracy, customers must provide daily photo documentation:
- A clear photo of your teeth taken once per day for all 14 days
- Each photo must:
- Be taken in natural or consistent lighting
- Show teeth clearly (no filters, no heavy editing)
- Include a visible date stamp (either via phone camera settings or screenshot metadata)
- Photos should be taken at approximately the same time each day where possible
- First photo must be taken within 2 days of receiving product
These photos allow us to assess usage consistency and visible improvement.
3. Timeframe for Claims
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days from the first day of use
- Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible
4. Proof of Purchase
- A valid order number or proof of purchase from oracare.club is required
- This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from our official website
What Qualifies as “Visible Improvement”
“Visible improvement” refers to a noticeable reduction in surface staining or discoloration when comparing before-and-after photos.
Please note:
- Results may vary depending on individual tooth condition, lifestyle habits, and prior staining
- This guarantee does not promise a specific shade outcome
Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, ORA may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A refund, or
- A replacement product
Only one claim per customer is permitted under this guarantee.
Exclusions & Limitations
The 14-Day Results Guarantee does not apply if:
- The product was not used as directed
- Required photo documentation is incomplete or missing
- Photos are edited, filtered, or unclear
- Multiple claims are made by the same customer
- There is evidence of misuse or abuse of the policy
ORA reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the above conditions.
