Product & Safety
Q: What is ORA Triple White and how does it work?
ORA Triple White are PAP+ whitening strips designed to lift surface stains and brighten the look of your teeth. The active ingredients break down stains on the enamel while a gentle base helps keep the formula low-sensitivity and suitable for regular use.
Q: Can I use ORA together with whitening toothpaste or mouthwash?
Yes, you can still use whitening toothpaste or mouthwash. If you have a very sensitive mouth, introduce products one at a time and see how your teeth feel before adding more whitening products.
Q: Is ORA safe for my teeth and enamel?
Our strips are formulated to be enamel-safe when used as directed. They don’t use high-strength peroxide like many clinic treatments. If you have existing dental issues (cavities, gum disease, etc.), we always recommend checking with your dentist before starting any whitening routine.
Q: Will ORA cause tooth sensitivity?
Most customers report little to no sensitivity. A small number of people may feel mild sensitivity or tingling, especially in the first few uses. If it feels uncomfortable, skip a day between uses or reduce the wear time. If pain or strong sensitivity continues, stop using and consult your dentist.
Q: Can I use ORA if I have braces, veneers, crowns, or fillings?
Braces: We don’t recommend applying strips directly over braces or orthodontic appliances.
Veneers, crowns, fillings: Whitening strips don’t change the shade of dental work, only natural teeth. Your natural teeth can still get whiter, but existing veneers/crowns will remain the same colour, so there may be a slight shade difference.
Q: What age is ORA suitable for?
ORA is intended for adults 18+. If you’re under 18, please talk to a parent/guardian and your dentist before using any whitening product.
Q: Is ORA suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding customers?
There isn’t enough specific research on whitening strips in pregnancy or breastfeeding. To be safe, we recommend showing our ingredient list to your doctor or dentist first and following their advice.
Application & Usage
Q: How do I use ORA whitening strips?
- Dry your teeth with a clean tissue.
- Peel the strip from the backing.
- Place it on your teeth, gently pressing to mould it to the surface.
- Leave on for the recommended time on your pack (usually around 30 minutes).
- Peel off and dispose of the strip.
No heavy rinsing is required – just remove, lightly rinse or sip some water if you like, and you’re done.
Q: How long should I wear each strip?
Check the directions on your box, but typically 30 minutes per session is enough. Do not exceed the recommended wear time.
Q: How often can I use ORA?
For a first whitening cycle, many customers use it once a day for a set number of days (for example 7–14 days). After that, you can top up 1–2 times a week or before special events. Always follow the schedule written on your packaging.
Q: When will I start seeing results?
Most people notice their teeth look brighter after a few uses, with more visible results over a full course (for example 7–14 days). Results vary depending on your starting shade, diet, and habits (coffee, tea, smoking, etc.).
Q: Do I need to brush or rinse after using the strips?
Our strips are designed to be low-residue and rinse-free. You can simply remove the strip and you’re good to go. If you prefer, you can gently rinse with water or brush with a soft toothbrush after 15–20 minutes.
Q: Can I eat or drink while wearing the strips?
No. For best results, avoid eating and avoid drinks other than plain water while the strips are on. After removal, try to avoid strong-staining drinks (coffee, tea, coloured soft drinks) for about 30–60 minutes.
Ingredients & Sensitivities
Q: What are the key ingredients in ORA?
ORA uses a PAP+-based whitening system combined with supporting ingredients designed to be gentle on enamel. For the full ingredient list, please refer to your product box or the product page.
Q: I have very sensitive teeth. Can I still use ORA?
Many sensitive-tooth users can still use ORA comfortably, thanks to the low-sensitivity formula. Start with shorter wear times (e.g. 15–20 minutes) and use every other day. If sensitivity is strong or doesn’t improve, stop using and check with your dentist.
