Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and shipped from Malaysia (ORA’s home base). All parcels are sent with trusted courier partners.

Shipping fees (and any free-shipping thresholds) are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Occasionally we run promos with discounted or free shipping.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed on the same day for orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+8) on business days.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Once your order has been packed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.


Shipping Method

We ship all orders using J&T Express.

After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is within 3–5 working days after the order has been shipped, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or due to courier delays
  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia only.


Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
